Double Reload?

I've started to notice that I'm usually holding down the aim button (RMB) when it happens. It doesn't always happen when I'm holding the aim button, but ever since I noticed this seems to be linked and started watching for it, when I get the double (or triple) reload, I am holding the aim button. Maybe it's coincidence, so if someone could confirm that would be great.

This happens to me mostly with sawed-offs or pump shotguns....but yesterday it started doing it for my LMG. I HATE THE DOUBLE RELOAD!!!

This double reload is starting to really affect gameplay I cannot complete a Hotshot b.c when I reload the gun if it double reloads it ends the game as if I was out of ammo.
