Amazon.ca Preorder Concerns

I have a few questions/concerns that hopefully the mods or devs can answer.

I pre-ordered on amazon.ca as they seem to be the only ones in Canada listing that you get a beta code, which I would assume also means they give the other pre-order content as well that EB, Bestbuy and Futureshop seem to know nothing about. I spoke with a client @ Amazon to check where my email with the Beta code is, they said to wait 48hrs and I should have it. However, they don't seem to really be in the "know" with whats going on even though they have it listed, I gave them the details of whats expected so they could check it against what they have.

1) My concern is that, if I don't get the beta code I also don't get the pre-order items, as I'm not sure how Trion/Namco Bandia are supplying those items... Are they included in the box? on a code sheet for redemption on the site? or is it tied to your beta code you should get?.

2) If I don't receive my Beta code email, how do I go about getting a beta code, will Trion accept me sending my pre-order invoice as proof I've pre-purchased the game?. And if they don't, does that mean I'm also screwed out of getting the bonus items you get... The only thing they seem to be able to confirm is that I get a weapon from them (which is the one item I don't really care about) even though they have it listed on site that I also get beta access. I told the associate its pointless to send all the stuff including beta with the games launch.

Amazon.co.uk are saying that the Beta codes will be delivered on or before the Beta event (March 15-17) here if the pre-oder is made before then. After that the code will be sent on despatch on game launch (April 2nd) - as most pre-order codes for other games from Amazon.co.uk I have received have been.

Amazon.co.uk say there will only be one code issued, and I believe that as TRION have said, once this code is registered online TRION will know you are a pre-orderer whatever else happens. I guess that if it is registered on or before the Beta event it would also give Beta access.

So as long as the Beta event is next weekend, and you/we get the code before then. everything should work.

Amazon are pretty spotty dog at sending you codes etc if you dont get it on day one of beta contact them they will provide you with one, As for the preorder bonuses the UK version has free ingame weapons etc which i believe is downloadable content which comes when they dispatch the game as far as I am aware

Ya, I read the UK stuff but also wanted to make mention of the CA amazon as they have nothing to do with US or UK, so if problems get solved for both the .com and .co.uk sites. It doesn't mean the issue was solved for the .ca version, and why I made the post for the Canadian's who might order via them. As of this point, its been over 48hrs, and I was suppose to have an email by today with information about the code or the code itself. Still have nothing, not a word, and there is only 1 week left till the beta. While that's still a lot of time, I don't want to leave this till last minute of the 14th, and hope that I get through and finally get a code allowing me access on the 15th.

I don't think Amazon.ca was told the codes need to be delivered via email on or before the 15th of March, they are listing Beta invites as an incentive to preorder. However, are not listing anything about when the Beta is, which says to me they were never told and thus will ship it with the game on Apr 2. Pointless at that point except for the other items the code unlocks.. If its still being accepted after Apr 2 that is -.-

Same issue here in Germany. Amazon.de didn´t know of any Beta-codes before launch.
