We've seen where, what & how we are supposed to redeem these items. Most are simply saying these instructions on redeeming these items are NOT working. Please address the reasons behind this ASAP please.

I've tried everything - Pressing start, Holding L2 to log out - nothing. Just exiting to the XMB screen then relaunching - nothing. Turning off my PS3, re-signing in to re-launch - nothing.

the title is from the developers along with xp boosts ect as a thank you for our patience during the difficulties of launch
