Same here. Tried restarting the game and nothing showed up. The obvious clue would be the title showing up, but nothing there.

the reason why its daredevil is the fact you where daring enough to play the game when it had its hiccups and survived it lmao you get the dare devil t itle from the defiance store in the claim items tab... the boosts are applied automatically after you start up the game.

What J_matt says about the boosts. They show up on the left side of your health hud.
