0 damage at arkfalls and co-op maps

Hi guys,
Couple things:
1. Didn't get the title and boosts, been playing everyday since release.

2. Every time I do an arkfall I get 0 damage, it is counting kills but no damage.

3. I have 2 data recorders I picked up that are not counting towards pursuit ("That's all I get" & "New World Thugs"

I love the game, keep up the great work!!

Was having the same problem for about a week now. Possible fix. Just logged in and entered in all Arkfall codes, then signed into game, went to battle and magically had damage done.

1) It has been stated tht they are still giving out all the boosts. Remember these are for those that have been here since launch. Not sure how they determine this though...

2) I and my clanmates have confirmed this to be a death issue, if you die during the arkfall, you get zilch damage but will hold your killings and revives

3) Submit a ticket to Customer Support in game for this. May take awhile (hours to days) for a reply but they're good about updating your pursuits.

I've gone through many arkfalls and coop instances without dying and still 0 damage is displayed. I think it was mentioned some where else that if you fast travel or come out of an instance etc it doesn't track your damage properly. I bet dying could cause the same result since you load and respawn at a different point.

There's another thread here talking about this issue and we've figured out what is the problem: cluster grenades. If you throw a cluster grenade, that means you will get zero damage in the end of the arkfall event.

Just don't throw a cluster grenade or even better, unequip it so you don't accidentally use it and screw it up.

Tried customer support last week with issues three for my account yet to see or hear anything from them. Customer Support for the EU servers is rubbish.
