Reservoir Chickens - The Ultimate Test of Sanity

Is it just me or is this thing engineered to drive people crazy?
The briefing says these chickens are infected and they need my help taking them out via a fire pistol, yet the whole time these three tools that call themselves farmers are running around scooping them up before I can do my job. WHAT COULD THEY POSSIBLY NEED THESE CHICKENS FOR?!
Then there's the part where I just can't seem to keep a multiplier, and even when I do it's not enough..

Can anyone share some tips on completing this?
(Without the obvious "wait til it glitches" as that is how I managed to do it on my last character.)

If you are having problems with doing it currently I suggest waiting till the April 15th patch that will adjust it.

The ONLY way I got gold, or any medal for that matter was when the game I guess, lagged out and I was able to shoot well after the timer ended.
I just got to use my grenades and regular guns. It was awesome. lol Couldn't make the top of the charts, but whatever. Got my gold. :P

That is one of the more infuriating carnages.

I don't like how some of those farmers are just 1-2 seconds away from nabbing a chicken JUST when it spawns. It is ridiculous.

I don't know about you guys but I LOVED This one. I'm an old Unreal player where "twitch" play is a must. So homing in and sniping small targets is really easy and what i love to do. The one I hated the most was the damn shotgun one.

Keep the single inside chickens to shoot when you're in danger of losing your multipler, otherwise it's all about patience and aim. Mir glitched in my favor finally, but not without me gettin my fair share of nights of frustration.

don't know if this works for everyone, but this is what i done. empty your gun untill it has 1/2 bullets in, the wait for the flock of chickens that run around, and empty the rest of the clip, some reason i was able to use my default weapon to kill the chickens after this, which made it a lot easier, all you have to do to finish the game is run out of ammo again. hope this helps

That one was a pain, but again all it came down to was outsmarting the enemy and using their numbers to clump massive trails of then into major kill streaks.

I did it legit, it's possible, just takes patience, practice, an hour and a half for me and a bit of luck.

Really wish we'd get more sgt. frog episodes. Really liked the dub.

Although it's bad to exploit, I must admit chicken and grenades mixed together are lot of fun and made me laugh
