Im having trouble finding blasters on the farms for the " Rocket Surgery " contract. If any of you could help with some advice that would be great. Vulgar " New Jedi Order " Clan

I found this in marin farms. There was some main mission saying disable the generators and save the ranchers.

where is marin farms again. im in the middle of an ark fall

From what I've done, when it wants you to get something from mobs in a specific area. It's usually open quest areas where you have to disable or destroy things.

The Raiders at farms for example, you need to find a farm that has an open quest, like the one where you disable the turrets. Going to a run down house with a hay stack near it doesn't count. :P
