Found him again today and still couldn't interact with him at all. So I lured some scrapper mongrels over to him to see what happens. As soon as they hit him he dies and a replacement respawns as his corpse is still falling to the ground. Over and over and over.

A little north of the over pass camp there is a random black dude wearing some jeans and an orange construction vest just standing there, he shows up as very small purple dot on the map and there is nothing to do or interact with he just looks at you all boy hungry.

LMFAO can't wait to see him does even move lol

I found him one day and decided to stand next to him for about 30 minutes. We had the best conversation ever, even though it was kind of one sided. He's a great listener and doesn't judge you on anything you say. I told him some of my most private things, things I've never told to another soul.

He did listen but he also can't keep a secret. You should be ashamed.
