Lots of Defiance bashing on Steam forums

Has anyone been over there? There are people making a lot of threads trying to steer people away from Defiance and into Firefall without ever having played Defiance.

Even people on the Firefall forums discussing Defiance have been more open minded, and are even saying positive things about Defiance.

Think it's hurting Steam pre-orders? Those forums seem to be completely un-moderated. I've been working my butt off over there trying to counter the trolls. :/

But I fear that it mighty actually hurt pre-orders on Steam. Steam has a massive user base and pre-orders after two days are only at 6%.

People there are trying to make Defiance look like WarZ. I can't believe they'd even fathom making that comparison, but it's happening.

Steam forums have always been a breeding ground for trolls. They're a lot like MMORPG.com, no one takes them seriously.

Trolls will be trolls. However, I've found that whenever I see just ridiculous amounts of trolling, I'll at least look into the game just to see whether or not the whining is justified or not. It won't hurt the overall game too much.
