Unlink Console??

Do anyone know how to unlink the console? Not getting any of my perks and bonus from the arkfall and preorder. I want to unlink and link again.

did you go to the defiance store and look under claimed items for your stuff?

To claim you're rewards you have to go to the store, to view the store go to start, L2 then at the bottom of the wheel, in the store there is a claim items tab.

If you still need to unlink go to defiance.com , sign in, go to my ego, link console and you should see your console. There should be an unlink tag next to your console. Hope that helps

If that works for you, post back and let me know. I am missing the bits, drop box, from my ultimate edition. I am also missing 15 bucks in bits from a pre- paid game card. I have spent over a week trying to get my stuff through live chats and many emails. It always ends with, we fixed it, log in and your stuff will be there. Nope. Again let me/us know if that works. Logic would tell me to file a support ticket on the Trion site under the game for not reciveing items. Just a clue of what you need to do there. That is if you wish it fixed in a resonable ammount of time.
