How do I earn the Scrapworks CO-op map

I am trying to complete the Defrag Dark matter contract and I don't have the Scrapworks co-op map. How to I get it. Thanks

i unlocked it after a pursuit when i reached 300 ego i think...

This is wrong. I have not done half the side missions, I'm ER 758 and I've had all the co-ops open for awhile, I think before I entered San Francisco.

My best guess is it's related to main quest and or your ER. I would guess ER since that is the primary determiner for the majority of what's available to us.

My Gf and I have both done all of the mission we have finished together. Her ego is 480 something and mine is 600 and somethin. I have all the co op maps available and she doesn't. I got the last of them at 500 I believe.
