    [BUG] Scrapper uprising broken

    unable to get at the bottom heat sink on the arms it is just impossible to shoot.

    Yah it's like it's sunk underneath the scrap pile at its base. The Progenitor part is now un doable.

    Only "undoable" at certain locations, and even then, it is still doable. The bottom weakpoint is just barely hittable through a small hole if you turn the arm to a specific angle.
