Clan list broken

I’m founder of my clan and the game won’t let me promote,kick,etc over half of my clan I put in a ticket a few weeks ago when are u guys gonna fix this?

Thanks for the reply I’m so frustrated by the lack of info from these people I’m finally healthy enough to work again so if this keeps up I may just buy and try some new games after 5 years of this company and there bs I’m finally tired of it and thinking of just saying forget it ya know we all had to start over the launch was a disaster the update with hulker hell event started off as a disaster and drove people away they will never learn and it’s unfortunate

Being that your sig reads the “real” founder does that mean you don’t have the founder title? Did you pass it to someone else while you were away from the game? Are you on PS4? Pretty sure I saw that clan name around for a long while. I’ll check my clan and see if I have the same issue. Well, what’s left of it anyway. Everyone pretty much left the game. Even people I’ve been gaming with since 2014 on the original defiance all left. I guess that’s what happens when you feel betrayed by a company you supported over so many years. But enough about that.

Nah I’m still founder started the clan back on PS3 so yeah lol it’s been around for a while now and yes ur right a lot of people gave up on this game as I stated the big patch and hulker hell fiasco I believe was a lot of people’s breaking point

I am in a large clan. When I hit CTRL and Clan in the quick menu, it only shows me about half of the members online and won't scroll down to the rest of them. This is on PC.

Do you have other toons in your clan this can confuse things and lead to problems
Go to social menu clan list click on your name does it go to your toon or an alternative toon if you have one in the same clan

I had this issue a few months back. Find someone you trust. Promote them to founder, log out, get founder to give you founder back and all shoudl work as normal. Well it worked for me anyways.
