True I forgot nano rig but it sucks
10% health damage on new rig will be great will balance game better, rigs and nanos, will give electric nano gun users a better fighting chance vs electro rig users like my electro with 25% shield 16% health damage
Give it 10% health damage and same chip slots as electro rig and it would be great vs electro rigs
Not sure how the +5% shield/health steal is useless. Paired with other syns that give +10% that's +15% shield steal. If you have syphon intensifiers T6 each of those gives an extra 3%. I think it's sitting pretty right where it's at. However if they do change it to +10% health/shield steal I'll gladly retire my electro rig for limitless and the new NVF keystone.
My thoughts were pvp minded, but I can see where what you said would be useful, but I don't like having to use syphon guns and prefer ga syn and other nano's and really only thought it would be a cool counter to my electro, imo syphon guns are already fine and strong enough and syns we have and would like to see the 5% syphon of new rig something else more worthy.
