The entire game takes place in the greater bay area of SF. Madera, Marin, those are all surrounding the SF bay area. Once you cross the bridge from Marin to SF (south east part of the map), that's when you cross into the wasteland area which is San Francisco.

Kent farm I think
Kenn farms in Madera will work but you might have to run it a few times to get enough blasters.
This is what I did for them, they weren't counting anywhere else I tried.
