I feel like you guys are trying to make me put my controller through the TV. The very first turn REPEATEDLY spawns a base with trucks and a hostage mission or just a kill everyone mission. I have cleared this area about 4 times now and it keeps spawning this stuff ON THE ****ING RACETRACK. You can't avoid it because the arc you must pass through is damn near touching the trucks and every time I wipe the area out to clear it it respawns the same convoluted mess about 1-2 min later.

Came across this same issue this morning. Trying to get golds on all time trials. Only have San Francisco to go and just gave up because this was bogus.
I wonder the same thing on how did people get a gold on it. I can run 1:05 a lap but that's only a silver. Well I should say 1:06 a lap because the game always adds a second onto the times. Wtf
im having a issue to where no matter what time i get it still gives me bronze...
Edit: i did it in 1:57 and it gave me 2:06..... Wtf....
Reflexive Fire: Failure Drill
I just sunk my teeth into the keyboard to keep me from screaming ... not only is this the last item I need for the meta pursuit, but it reset my ATV skill as well while trying.
The base comes back all the time and 2:04 and 2:05 were my best times thus far. It's damn near impossible with a bumpy track like this. ;(

How about the platform? When I did it I cleared the event ran back and ran the race to finish in time. Had a few attempts at top time but still added seconds usually 2 or 3 but none the less took home the challenger. Within this current patch/ round of resets / server update.
1:57 ... never ****ing again! ;O
ps: Respawn timer is less then one minute, so all you'll get is one lap of free space. But there are two possible events and one of them is a lot worse for the race then the other, so if the "good" one spawns don't do it, with a bit of aiming and no boost you can go through without that much risk and only lose 3-4 seconds each time instead of more or just having to restart because the Bulkwark decided it's a good moment to step right into your path ...
I eventually got it by only touching the far left side of the arc and over/around that small pile. Takes off a chunk of time but it spawns too fast so will just be back on your second lap even if you wipe it out.
The remaining 2 aren't that bad but the placement of that mission/arc for trial was ********
