Purchased gore augur after Colony Courtship and didn't get it!

I really wanted the Gore Augur for a while now and it was in the list after the Colony Courtship event. I purchased it, and didnt get it. Yes I had the currency to purchase it. I even looked again and it was not lit up anymore, so I know I purchased it. There was a ton of people there, so there could of been an issue with so many people around.

So I got on two days ago after the event and I got a gore auger now in my inventory after I submitted a ticket. Is this sapose to be a joke? It's power 1. I added 1 piece of salvage, and now its maxed out at 251. I'm power level 4300. I would of been cool with you putting it in my inventory, but you didn't give me the plans. So I can't replicate it. Putting in another ticket. It was two guns I bought after the CC event that I didnt get. So I really don't know what's going on. Ticket #3 Submitted
