Event horizon 5k shields & grenades

Yes i did read thread...You will NEVER get them from rewards after Arkfalls or Co-Ops.. unless youre pulling it out of Runner but youre comment states youre getting them as rewards which is a lie...i do on average 20,30 maybe even more Majors a day plus a boat ton of co ops and NEVER gotten a 5k reward and neither has anybody else i know..i have been 5k for around 5-6 months

Then i must not be able to read numbers then. So if im not the only one of recieving 5k shields and nades are you accusing those of cheating too?
And as this only started happening since last update being 5k for the last 6 months has nothign to do with anything, i was 5k all the way back in spetmember and this has only been like this for the last 2 days.

If they are getting rewards and not hitting Runner and getting 5k nades and shields then yes they did 5k exploit,if youre over 5k then YOU WILL get 5k rewards as i know a couple of people who did 5k exploit back in beginning of game...and yes being 5k for many months means i have been grinding everyday since i reached 5k and NEVER gotten a 5k nade or shield as reward...every 5k shield or nade i have,has been pulled out of a chest/runner or vendor...so youre either lieing or your over 5k....as for update,again i have been on playing for past 2 days for over 10hrs a clip and have done over 50 majors(event and normal) and still have not gotten a 5k reward...maybe the RNG is different on the EU servers in which case if it is then i will switch servers lol

I had NEVER gotten a 5k nade or shield as a reward until 2 days ago when the update went live. For months and months i grinded coop everyday and spent more than i should have done on keys opening chests to go months without seeing a 5k reward from chest. When they changed to gulunite and runner i already had the best shield in the game (OJ Fortified Rebel) so i have never had to waste gulunite on shield caches from the runner. I had a few different 5k nades too so not bothered with spending gulunite on granade caches either. I have pretty much only spent gulunite on the odd weapon so i can have better set ups and all the rest of my gulunite has always gone on crystall caches.

And if you seem to know so much. Howcome all my rewards before update was ALWAYS BELOW 5K??

Ah i see and yes those over 5k i know are getting some rewards at 5k,not all

According to them theyre shields and nades that were over 5k have been reset to 5k but there weapons and pr did not

Well its not rocket science..they want you to spend money on keys/gulinite,if they gave 5k rewards then nobody would spend money lol

I have to say i am suspicious and doubt truthfulness of someone saying all the shield and grenade drops are 5k , because it just does not work like that. Since lauch i have only ever gotten three item at 5k. I was 4995 ish by august , got my 1st 5k grenade during hulker hell a t3. it took till january to get a 5k sheild, i got 2 within days of each other 1 t4 and 1 oj. And i have not gotten another 5k item since january. Im sure ive thrown away around 100 oj shields and nades because thd pr is always between 4925 and 4990 most commonly very close to 4950. I would really like to hear from the developers about this conflicting information.

I have to agree with David. I also find it rather discouraging to have been 5k for months and having to sell Legendary shields and grenades to the vendor because they dropped below 5000 power. Seems like such a waste of time and currency. At launch it was understood that your rewards and faction purchases would be the average of your combined equipped gear.. That doesn’t seem to be the case either.

I’m curious to know which platforms are dropping 5k rewards consistently like described here because it’s 100% NOT PS4 NA.

I think somewhere my character might have been bugged somehow. Ive logged in today after last night hotfix and all my drops seem back to normal. Even tested on my other 5k toon and both are receiving normals, the good old 50 power level below.

At launch it was understood that your rewards and faction purchases would be the average of your combined equipped gear.. That doesn’t seem to be the case either.

I seem to remember hearing the same thing at 2050's launch. Definitely not the case currently.

At 5k, I can take getting shields and nades in the 4990's...but like yesterday, a 4926 nade??? Really, wtf?

Im guessing since this thread has pretty much died, almost no one is getting 5k shields or grenades. More pointless loot.
