Support tells me Comp Cosmic Cache is Account wide

Support tells me that only one toon ( "it's account wide ")will receive the compensation .

Yet on the other hand, color me happy I only have one toon... too many games, not enough time.

Pretty sure you have to pay cash to unluck more than 2 characters, this does not seem fair. They should be happy to reward those who have supported the game.
