So this is a problem that needs to be sorted out amongst the developers and gamigo/trion support team. Players are getting frustrated with the lack of responsiveness we are receiving from support. People are sending in tickets for real problems and they go unanswered for months at a time. I honestly believe that the game will die with the way gamigo/trion supply a lack of support to the players of their games and this needs to be solved ASAP. Do your job and do it well or you will lose it because nobody will play your games. Fix bugs/glitches and answer the players tickets when they need to receive help. I and many other players would appreciate it.

The people who are currently working at the game are most likely not the same people who used to work for Trion, they are most likely the staff hired by Gamingo since the merger. Numerous CM that you see are active on the forum both on d13 and d2050 are new. They have very little knowledge on how to fix the majority of the bugs that has been in the game since the beginning aside from simple command/coding consider the original staff are no longer there, so in order to fix anything, they have to sift through million lines of codes. It took them half a year to fix the bug with vendor, and mind you that is pre-gamingo and that is only one of countless other bugs that in the game and have yet to be address.
They will no longer add any new content, aside from things such as new synergy. There haven't been any new maps, area to explore in the game and everything including the event has been a re-hash of the old stuff since 2017. Once you reach silicon valley, that's pretty much the the end. There are parts of alcatrez that has render model, but not complete and probably will never be complete since the original creator is more likely aren't there anymore.

Like my account was hacked all of my stuff taken and when I send in a ticket to get my toon reset to the day I got hacked, I don’t even get a reply from the support my buddy FreedomTwins accidentally mass broke down 4 electrocutioners and he sent in a ticket and hasn’t gotten a reply either can the devs just please do something or else you’re going to be jobless because you don’t have any players playing the game. I will round up every player and make them quit until you fix the game.
