My personal solution to the buggy soundtrack.

The Defiance soundtrack is okay, but mine keeps glitching. One example: the combat music won't stop long after the battle's over - gets old really fast.
So I created a shuffled music playlist that has been much more pleasant for me. I messed with the audio levels until it blended nicely with the game. Here's my playlist:
    - The Secret World Soundtrack
    - Elder Scrolls: Morrowind, Oblivion & Skyrim Soundtrack
    - Silent Hill Soundtrack (Both movies - I know the second movie sucked, but the soundtrack was pretty damn good. Awesome remixes of classic Silent Hill tunes.)
    - Pat Metheny Group - "Speaking of Now" & "The Way Up"
    - Pat Metheny - "One Quiet Night"
    - Robocop & Total Recall (1990) Soundtrack

Anyone else having soundtrack problems in game?

I think I'll add the Mirror's Edge soundtrack once I buy it. Heard that one? Pretty amazing.

I just shut the music off. I typically dislike music anyhow, and games seldom have any that I like.

I think it would be "kool" if they had some Johnny Cash, AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Alice Cooper, Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, tracks. Maybe for the young kids add in some Guns an Roses, NIN, Metellica [though they suck]. But buying licenses to use those songs would add up to a whole pile of cash. Maybe even Grime Fairies Love is Hell [Promo song for UO2, before the evil EA killed the game].

But never, ever, use the Beatles. They are totally suckage.

I use Pandora as well and I do notice when the music matches the action. I drive and shoot better when certain music is playing! I liked Defiance's soundtrack, but it did glitch and get monotonous fast
