Sharpshooter weapons & mods

So during the event, I got 1 sharpshooter/precision weapon (that wasn't a rocket launcher) and 1 precision mod.

Have these (along with void, cosmic, & cleansing) been added to the loot that can drop in the open world, or am i wasting my time collecting open world stuff going for these? Can they be obtained from the shop caches? Gulanee vendors? Or am I just SOL unless i pay for them?

I've sent prime weapons (10 stars) to trash due to lack of mods.

The only way you might get these specific mods or guns is if they ever open up some form of trading, sell bargin box's again, or if that event returns with the same synergy!
