My Batt CSM got me the slot after I won the battalion trooper of the year board and took 2nd in the Brigade TOTY and Division trooper of the month boards. He also hooked me up with an air assault slot after I had reup'd for 67S since 11B points had been maxed out for 3 years already by that time.

It never did. He's confusing it with the VOT Plasma Pulsar SMG which used to have AoE bullets. It was incredibly OP because the AoE would crit on the head even if it hit the chest.

I miss that SMG so so much.

Nah, they sent a team to hook us up in the 82nd. Quite a few of us got drop warnings if we said Airborne to the black hats. I got labeled as Jump Master after the cadre caught me do Jump Master door commands on the cattle car going down Longstreet while we were heading to the school.
