lmg and an invader was i needed. i mostly used the lmg. on phase 2 make sure you keep an eye out for when he jumps in the air for this ranged attack. only the real one does that, single him out with your lmg and keep hitting him. the clones will go away and you just keep do that. 3rd phase(me yelling "COME ON, DIE" ) straight up ground and pound. keep hitting him.

fight is pretty simple keep on strafing in a circle so when he does attack they don't hit you, best weapon to use is shotgun in this fight. and when the phase comes up that things pop up use them as cover from his attacks when he flys up.

Used a void pump shotgun, and a cloaked whenever he'd scream whatever it is about how cool he is before he dashes around like jet li.

Ah Nim last boss to fight.

This is how I killed him.

    1. Equipped Healing BMG
    2. Kept moving
    3. Didn't really use EGO powers

    Dead Nim

Ok here's how it went down when i first got to him. In the first Phase i tried using my assault rifle to do some damage after hitting him a total of about 5 rounds i decided to switch to my BMG. The Reason with the BMG is that close enough and the beam automatically hits him. Very little aiming is required.

The BMG will take him down it will take a long time but if your patient enough you will kill him.
    Back pedal and keep moving.

Second Phase same a the first but With the BMG his clones will take arc damage if they are near the real Nim. Similarly if the Real Nim is near a Clone the clone will take arc damage reducing your guess work to which is real.

Third phase same a the first just watch for the ground pound and the terraforming crystals. Back pedal, dodge, and keep moving.

After a while you will kill him enjoy your purple pistol.
And yes i didn't use my Overcharge ego power, or cloak, or blur, or decoy. Heck I totally forgot about them since I tend to only use it in emergency situations. When i look back on that fight i should have been using my overcharge every time it was up but well when you kill him without using it there is no point on dwelling on it.

    My way:

Dodge! Dodge! Dodge! Shoot! Shoot! Dodge! Dodge! Shoot! dead.

Seriously though... stay on one side or keep running behind things. Jump too (to maneuver)

    magforce

i used the magforce the whole time to beat him. it is the best way because you can damage him with it and also heal yourself. there are other varients of this weapon in the game and any will do. i highly recomend using this weapon. i couldnt get through the end without it.

Supposedly jumping and not rolling away from his attacks makes them easier to dodge, but I haven't tried.
