Thread: SS Caches dropping Reg stuff???
Why is it when I buy Solstice Strike Caches and receive NON event weapons and mods!! Not what was expected! This is not really what should be happening! Please fix and refund my toon for the crystals I have spent and received Regular (Non Event) weapons and mods!!

Could you please tell me your Server and Platform?
We have tested it today and it does send the Frigid Impact items.
Xbox One NA server
For the past 2 weeks it has been giving a mix of Frigid and Non event merch

Please send a ticket to the support center for the further check (if you haven't yet).
According to our tests the cache is dropping only Frigid Impact items and there shouldn't be any regular items.
These caches were dropping regular items and mods the last two weeks. It was a mix of both. Regular and event stuff. Also enemies were dropping non event mods and items as well. I would of said something about it last week but it seemed too close to the end for anything to get done about it! Also I sure wasnt about to file a ticket on it like medjed said. That wouldnt done anything, probably wouldnt even got a reply back till next Christmas!

Yeah, non event mods and weapons were dropping at ever solstice arkfall.
There were a few times I picked up purple weapons during a solstice major only to find later it’s a non event weapon. Definitely annoying and it did affect being able to obtain/equip event weapons.
I just lived with because I figured also no fix could be done in time.

Depends what kind of bug it is, some minor issues can be fixed during the event. However not reporting will not get it fixed at all, therefore they might get overseen again and involve the future event as well.
Also please consider that this involves only the Solstice Strike Cache.
Drops can be regular.
Uncommon and rare weapons + mods can have Frigid Impact Fusion.
Uncommon and rare shields can be self-repairing.
Epic items and all rarities will drop normal
I was not considering the “drop”! I am strictly talking about caches that I purchased with crystals! I received both event items and regular (non event items)!!
Your right. Event boxes were affected too. In essence, both issues existed.
