Where can I get a "stock" mod for missile launchers?

I can find the mod for guided missile launchers, but not just missile launchers. Guided missile launchers don't work, they are the wrong type.

If you are looking for a synergy one, the best i can say is to buy a Synergy Mod Cache from the vendor, i think i got a few of the Missile launchers stocks. I don't know about Non-Synergy mods though.
