Used to be able to 1 shot kill in d13 with a proper built frc bolt action jp but it DID need to proc to repair the 4 turrent arms and open for this to work. So even with new dmg and heath stats and mechanisms this is still exploit behavior.

I will consider myself well and properly schooled on other vectors, but I still believe the bonesaw is an issue from the times I've seen it used at destruction.
    These are just my opinions.
    I have lots of opinions.
Some of them, on occasion, people have agreed with.
I do not trust those people.

The bone saw will do damage but not that much. I shot it the progenitor before with the bone saw when I was the only one there it doesn't do much damage. The more that show up the less damage done.
There are at least 5 ways to do damage while it is in the cradle.

With that being said I have seen nowhere where it says that you have to damage the progenitor core

when it is out of the cradle. People play games different ways and if it doesn't suit your play style doesn't mean it wrong. They are not changing code in the game to do this. There using what Trion/Gamingo put into the game.

I'm also sure you know that if they try fixing this they will mess up more then they will fix. You will then be in here complaining about that.

You might as well get use to it. Its not gonna changed or get fixed.

Exploiting is using the code that already exists. I mean its kind of how "EXPLOITING" works. Doesn't mean its ok. Its still exploiting a game bug for one's personal gain. Using the piss poor excuse "but it's in the game...." Doesn't excuse the person from the exploitation nor will it excuse one from the ban given. Just ask the folks who exploited the "Exchange" if they were excused because it was "already in the game" and all they did was use a broken game bug. Pretty sure they will inform you of their VERY useless accounts. People who NEED to exploit are just sad little sour scrubs who can't do things legitimately and also tend to be the pathetic broke little turds huddled in mom's basement who wouldn't invest in a game even if it was deserving. This is what's nice about games requiring a sub to play. Sorts all the broke script kiddies right out. People tend to hack and exploit less when they pay for the right to log in JS.

If it was supposed to take damage in the cradle - then normal weapons would show it as a target and do at least a little damage to it.
But they don't even register it as a viable target.

Killing it in the cradle, or in flight with the doors closed is an exploit.

Just because they don't have a team of devs that know how to fix it doesn't mean it's 'working as intended'.
