Everything he brings up are valid points though. I'm not from the WoW school of thought, and with the exception of Hotshots being impossible, agree with most everything. There are even some things in there that devs have said that they're going to tweak(like where gates/dynamic events are placed so that kind of shtako doesn't happen).

He gave such a low score because he was upset that he couldn't play. I am sure of that even if he says it's not true. He was so frustrated on his vlog that i think he decided to bash the game.
I like the game really much and will be playing it a lot!

He gave the game in it's current condition a 5/10 (solo) and 6/10 (multiplayer), but said it can easily get one or two points more with a few patches. That means it can get 7/10 (solo) and 8/10 (multiplayer) with the patch next week, or the patch two weeks later. And I don't know about you, but I think 7/10 is a pretty darn good game. It has flaws, yes, but it's still pretty good.

And look at it this way: There's very little story content here, and only four episodic mission (not five or six, like Joe said.) All this will get much better as the show goes on. There's very little variation in the environment, but when you finish the episodic missions, we get a strong hint about meeting someone in Antarctica. It probably won't happen for quite a while, or even until season 2. But Antarctica? That's pretty different from what we have now. There's not much backstory, but again, the show hasn't even aired yet. Surely we'll get more info as we go along.

There are tons of small things like that Angry Joe and other people complain about, but all of them are being issued. Like the chat-system that's so discussed to death it's not fun anymore. Trion have confirmed that they are working on it, and we'll most likely see the first improvement/changes with the patch next week. Are people really gonna complain about the bad chat-system until then, or can we finally accept that they are working on it and move on with our lives? It's getting tired and boring to hear the same complaints over and over and over. If you hate the game so much, don't play it. It's that simple.

And look on the bright side. It's not Sonic Free Riders.

1. This is not a game for guilds, so we do not need banks. amirite?
2. Helpmarkers = ezmode. WoW = ezmode.
3. I do find the hotshots difficult, but that is what makes them fun.

Banks would make it easier for the entrepreneurs among us to become the next Varus Soleptor... albeit hopefully taller and a heckuvalot more pleasing to the eye... or at least tolerable.
