I agree with most of the issues he had. I'm just glad I figured out the patch problems in beta so I didn't have that 3 or 4 day lag time like he did... wow. Still disappointed for all the people that couldn't play that they didn't fix those, even though people knew the issues existed and mentioned them many times.
The social aspect is the most annoying for me, if I wasn't in a guild it would feel like a single player game.

To be fair though, this same reviewer gave the last two Harry Potter games something like 2.5 or thereabouts. I wouldn't exactly be thrilled that he gave Defiance double that score if I were Trion.

Even if you ignore this reviewer majority of sites are giving Defiance score around 5 to 6 range. Means game is average in its current state and can be improved upon. Trion should be thrilled about the fact that it could have been worse.
Ok.. for SOME REASON.. My "Haters B H8n" thread was merged with the Angry Joe thread of "Bruce Wayne - Super Moderator". Well.. not to be a pistol here, but MY thread had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the Angry Joe review. Perhaps someone should really READ the threads before merging them, since now this whole thread (starting about about page 10 where the merger happened) makes absolutely NO SENSE.

I like Joe and all, but I think he's blowing this review out his ***. I agree with a few points, such as the awful user interface for PC players or how non-social the game is. But he's blatantly wrong on other accounts like saying that there's no way to save multiple builds and saying that getting Ego Rating 150 is several hours into the game. He also compares the battle theme to the Beverly Hills Cop theme (which sounds nothing alike).

The guy is a joke, if he were serious about reviews first thing he would do is get better audio equipment and learn how to use it, hard to understand his crying sometimes cause he blows up his mic. Defiance just released and of course it is going to have its issues just like every other mmo when their released, and Defiance isn't even close to being the worst of them.
So i guess he should have waited till Trion fixed everything, patched all bugs, fixed all glitches, then t would be ok to review this game. Wouldnt want the general public to know Trion released a game that was far from ready. Future content be damed..noone wants to waste money needlessly on a game thats so buggy.
You think telling someone.."oh dont worry, go ahead and spend that 60 dollars, yea, the game has problem, and you may not beable to even play most of the times, but on the 15th everything will be fine". Its unacceptable to rush this product, and no man should be crucified for not wanting to wait for a patch that may or may not fix every issue.
No, but you would expect a person to review this game as an MMO instead of a FPS, MMO are always evolving and fixing issues, fps are released and slowly patched to fix things. People expect a perfect game when its released which in my mind is idiotic. I expected the game to have bugs and other issues that would be worked out, which trion is doing a good job doing. Also your may or may not fix every issue is just idiotic, no patch in a mmo will fix every issue, there are always going to be issue in every mmo regardless of how many patches are pushed out. You should go back to playing fps games since your obviously not an mmo gamer.
ok..Im not a MMo player??..ok moving on...did you know that most people, when they pick up a game off the shelf, then after they read the back, then decide to buy, did you know that it being an mmo, and needing time to fix, and patch is the furthest thing from most people minds?

Did he fabricate and information? So its safe to assume that there are bugs and glitches, and wether im an mmo fan or not, i still wouldnt buy this piece of **** because not all bugs and glitches are fixed. Ive know gaes thats been out for years and still needing to be patched. The fact that its an mmo and looking at the way its released is more than enough reason for me not to invest in this game.
Maybe you should go back to playing Defiance, since your standards for game are obviously very low.
