why is inventory broken!?

So, im playing through a mission, and maxed out my invintory, but before i could break down anything i complete the mission and the reward? Gone forever. What idiot designed it so that instead of letting you manage your inventory when its full and you have a mission reward like in EVERY OTHER mmo ive ever played it just deletes the reward?! And oh yeah one mission at a time? Really? Wtf. And if im in the same area as the phase my group is in and i click join phase it insta kills me and spawns my corpse at the nearest vendor? The last 2 aside i just want to know why the inventory is so ******ed.

Go to your in game menu under the in game store and it will be there for you to redeem ...
also if you have linked your account you can put in 120 Arkfall codes and it gives you some extra inv. spaces ... just search on this site you can find the codes ... go here for the codes
