If i buy say some cloths from the store will they be avaliable for all my characters or just the one i bought it on?

It's account wide. So every character on your account can claim it. Even if you switch server.

All of the perks I have earnt through the ark hunter or pre order have appeared on all characters, not sure about purchases though, sorry

I believe when you CLAIM an item its used and bound to that character.

After you buy something it sits in your store inventory at which point any character can claim it, once its claimed its gone.

The nice part about Defiance is there is really no reason to have multiple characters, unless you desire a change in aesthetics. This is coming from a true altaholic mind you.

Nah. Any character can claim it, even if it was claimed before, no restrictions.
Tested on NA and EU servers. You buy, you own it account wide.

Aye all your characters get your pre-order bonuses and purchased outfits. The only thing you get one of is bonus lockboxes.

The recent buffs and daredevil title transfer too. So if you made a character you don't like and don't mind starting over you will still have your i guess now 6 day buffs in place and the new title showing, your VBI arkfall code items and any preorder or paid items you purchased even if they were on a previous character.
