Perk Regeneration

i've noticed that even with the perk in my load out maxed i still only Regen health
when my shields are fully recharged. is this as intended? bugged?

if its as intended, i think a description change is needed

But is it helping your shields recharge faster? I havent had the perk long enough to see for myself. I just ask because BMG healing does both.

i don't believe so, but who knows

I can say without a shadow of a doubt that it is constant regeneration. It's not really apparent, though, but it is definitely there. I tend to play reckless, so I'm very often running without shields on at all.

That said, so yeah. Maybe it's a bug on your part? But the description is the correct one, at least for me it is.

i don't understand what your trying to say since your conflicting, your usually have no shield, you haven't for certain noticed it regenerating, and yet you think the description is correct?

The constant regen effect is definitely working now. A patch or two ago, it wasn't.

I just use a shield like this, and don't bother with the 3% regen talent, not a fan of that, rather my shield.

Guess I wasn't being entirely clear, you're right, but basically what I meant was the shield energy I have is usually at dead value [shield equipped, just rarely have it at full when I'm in battle.] with my tendency to play this game reckless [lack of consequence for death? probably]. But apologies for not getting to the point.

Either way yeah, I never had an issue with this.
