Just wanted to put this out there-

It wasn't necessary for you guys, the Defiance team, to send that email assuring us that you are aware of many (most, I would guess) of the issues and that you are working vigilantly to fix the bugs. I think I am right in stating that most of this gaming community understands how rocky releases can be, especially for an MMO. That said, yours was FAR from the worst that I have seen. The fact that you not only sent out emails about your team addressing the bugs, but also gave some in-game bonuses as well shows that you are actively working FOR and WITH your players.

I appreciate your going above and beyond what most do. Keep up the good work.

I was very pleased with the bonus they've given us, especially as personally I've had no issues with the game at all since launch (apart from the voice chat not really working on PS3 - but I know they'll fix it soon)
