    PlayStation 4 issue investigation

    Hello Ark hunters,

    We are currently aware of the lag with the servers and are working on correcting this issue. We do know that this is going for a few weeks and our technicians are looking into this issue.


    In order to investigate and fix it more efficiently we need your live reports. Therefore if you are a PS4 player and experiencing any of the lag/high ping/etc issues please send us following information either here or in the direct messages.

    - Your ingame nickname
    - Approximate date since when you are getting these issues
    - Your server (NA or EU)
    - Your location
    - What kind of issues do you have?
    - Videos to showcase your issue of photos if the issue is shown there would be great to add.


    We kindly ask you to provide your information in order to trigger the issue effectively.


    If you’re not experiencing any of these issues please also mention this so we know whenever the whole server is affected or only specific groups of players.

    Warm Greetings & welcome, happy to have you here.

    You can report a player for the substance of their PS4 profile, their profile photograph, or something they kept in touch with you. In view of your report, the player might be restricted from playing on the web on their PS4. Ensure that your reports are authentic, so Sony doesn't make a move against you for making bogus reports.

    On the off chance that the mistake happens once more, back up your spared information, and afterward go to [Settings] > [Initialization] and pick [Initialize PS4]. In the event that the blunder happens with each application, or when the application begins, if you don't mind contact PlayStation Support.
