Its is just getting annoying to no end being hit by melee attacks from 20 feet away because the enemy suddenly teleports to you. This is ridiculous, these problems weren't in the beta so why are they in the game now.

Truthfully that sounds like your lag spiking Only seen that happen because of server before they bring it down.
Once in a while I get attacked by invisible enemies (not cloaked). This mostly happens on missions where armed NPCs are there, the only way to kill it is to let the NPC do it. So far it only happens with the mutant enemies.
There are alot more players than there were then. Plus more content.
The upcoming patch should rectify all the issues. I hope.
Invisible enemies happen to be a bit frequently. On the random missions (inspect vehicle, etc.) where Raiders/99ers come up out of the ground, they'll be invisible after coming out of their hangar and I can't hit them (I can see them on my radar) but they can hit me. Same thing if I come up on a roadblock that has yet to completely load in for me: I can see them on radar, can't damage them, but they'll be chewing through my shield just the same :|
Only issue I ever have with invisible enemies is when I try to help a friend with quests, and because entering his/her phase gets screwy and then there's two instances working at the same moment, where you're getting shot at by things that aren't there.
Only experienced this in San Francisco, it's kind of hard to explain but yeah, otherwise I have no clue. I think it's somewhere in how the server 'shards' work that it may be an issue?
There are a lot more players now. I'm seeing less lag than in the beta though, personally.
