Wouldn't it be possible to simply reset the recorder, make it able to be picked up by every person again. Like adding a brand new recorder to the game. People that already have it dont need to worry about it, people that got the glitch can pick it up again to fix the glitch. Or make it possible to activate the recorder by listening to it in the intel screen. I think both of these are simple fixes, and i dont understand why this problem hasn't been repaired.
Im bringing this up because it says nothing about this recorder in the patch notes and feel this is a simple error that warrants a simple fix.
