I don't think they have any control over GMG pricing. They often have 30% off coupons on their site for a lot of stuff. You should definitely check out the site more often. I've probably bought more games from them than off of steam the past year or so, simply because of the coupons (which can often be applied to new games/pre-orders).
they don't. GMG bought it for X dollars, they're selling it for X+1. GMG has some sweet deals on really new stuff, and a lot of the time it's a steam key
Keep in mind though, that this isn't them saying "we're selling the dlc cheaper now because of reasons!"
the coupon is 30% off ANYTHING they sell. so you can use that coupon for bioshock infinite and farcry3 as well if you feel like it
Your Challenger won't drive? You're probably in the passenger seat.
Can't sell/delete an item? Check all of your loadouts, it's likely still equipped.
Auction house? Why? It'll just render bits purchased lock boxes pointless, and weapons are mostly equal anyway.
Gear/enemy progression? No thanks, it'll only render 90% of the content trivial when you reach the highest zone.

Got myself one, not too shabby for $28 after the discount. I'm not a fan of buying DLC so soon after a launch, but... *sigh.* Damn my affinity for discounts! I've already played enough to make it worth my money.

I was greatly pissed when Steam cheat on all folks purchasing Defiance till tier 3 was reached - then they cancel Pass discount before time! >

Btw there is also other voutcher - for 20% discount that will work on high variety of games - that one will last to 19.04
