Nfrann, did you activate your site membership? I did not see your name in the registered users list nor in the enlistment forum. Perhaps check in your junk e-mail folder for the activation e-mail.

I have registered on your site and can log in, it takes me to a page saying "Click here to Enlist" and when I do I get
"Nfrann, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."
I don't recall any verification email and I have none in Junk, etc. Thoughts Oh Great and Mighty Ones?
I had this happen when I tired to join a ps2 outfit weeks ago. I ended up having to redo it with a different email. Sux... The second time the confirm email did goto junk folder.
If that's the problem, Perhaps someone can delete my registration? I kinda of want to use the name and email address. =)

Yup, looks like your welcome e-mail got caught by your spam filter/folder with the account verification link.
I looked up your account and verified it manually. You should now be able to submit an enlistment application without any issues.
