During the mission where you go and talk to the huge buy inside of his Garage and they leave Von Bach back in the garage and you go out on the mission. If you throw a grenade in that room while he's leaning back on the vehicle that guy was working on, it would explode and do a weird digital black smoke. As soon as you walk out there the sky is completely black. You can't see more than...(in game depth) 50 feet in front of you and you have to reboot the game in order to fix it.

Happens randomly with cut-scenes from Torcs Garage.
I've seen Green and Yellow, but not Blue. xD
I noticed a lot of mission bugs like that also, where you can't complete an objective unless you return. XD Well least it was found before.
This happened to me but it was all yellow/green, thought the world had just got very sick.
