logged out sunday night with a very nice purple saw in my primary slot...logged in monday night after work and found a shotgun in the slot and no saw in my inventory,dam thing had all the slots filled out as well...very pissed at the moment but atleast after todays patch i can start an ingame cs ticket
Exactly same thing happened to me , also my key codes max out and I'm reluctant in getting another lock box. Don't want to lose more epic gear assuming I would get one in the first place.Originally Posted by toddze
2 of my weapons disappeared with 5 mods (3x Tier II and 2x TierIII mods). My one weapon went into the matrix to add another mod that came out without the additional mod or ark salvage points refunded (about 27k Ark points). I created a ticket and waited long for a reply. Finally went the GM replied they only gave me 2 random items which was **** compared to what I had and some **** SC boost.
I am not happy with that kind of refund as that does not cover what was lost. In fact if you bought a hard drive 8 months ago from a pc shop and it breaks, and they can't replace the hard drive with the same one the shop will give you the next best or better. They should be doing the same. I feel they should at least give you a Tier4 lockbox for losing one blue weapon, 2 for losing a purple and 4 to 5 for losing an orange. For the mods they should give you the mod lockboxes, quantity also according to what level mod was lost because your chances of getting a replacement mod is low in those mod lockboxes.
As you might notice from the above... the game went from enjoyable to down in the dumps for me in no time flat. I'm afraid to play in fear of losing more weapons. And from the patch notes for the big patch today it looks like they STILL did not fix this URGENT problem. You would think they would put this issue as priority #1!!

I decided to live chat their CS yesterday and they actually helped out as much as they could. I had just received their response to my missing weapons tickets after a 9 day wait, they gave me 1orange and 2 purple weapons plus 1 teir 3 box. I was pissed, having spent bits on tier 4 boxes to get those and salvage to unlock the mods. At first they tried doubling the first offer. That wasn't cool with me so they added 100k salvage and after a 9 day wait for their response I was still aggravated, so they gave me back the bits I spent to get the lost weapons. They couldn't replace the vendor currency from contracts but at least it was step in the right direction.
Just purchased a purple pistol and had it equipped in my primary slot of load out 1. Was removing mods from another weapon at the same time. Then, zoned into a co-op mission. On arrival, weapon was missing from primary slot.
To top it off, the co-op mission "Island of Lost Soldiers", keeps completing before we finish the co-op.
I don't buy lock boxes with real money. I would hate to take the chance of loosing my weapons.
I have submitted several in-game tickets reporting the issue. There has been no response... just open tickets.

Im having the same issue that i know you all have been talking about if for a while now but still i have had I'd say 7 or 8 weapons just vanish for no reason, one example of this is when i was just getting used to things and was making some decent ish scrip and bout an assault rifle for 5000 and within 2 minutes of me buying it, i hadn't even had a chance to use it, it just disappeared, and other weapons i had modified with say a recoil reduction stock and a fast reloading mag which i had been using for a while and was my go to weapon for almost any situation, i logged out and come back to the game the next day and its gone, im sorry to anyone who might find this offensive but I'm getting REALLY ****ING PISSED OFF with this game taking away my best weapons for no ****ING REASON. sort it out Trion, this **** ain't good enough. u brought out a patch for the game with was broken, and u didn't even fix this issue, i get that its an MMO and stuff like this is gonna pop up from time to time but its a bit ridiculous for you to not even acknowledge this issue that hundreds if not thousands of people are having.
i just lost my favorite weapon , a orange assault rifle , i know ill never see one again as it was the only orange weapon i ever recieved and how big are the odds to get it again
There is definitely something related between server crashes/restarts and disappearing weapons. I purchased a purple vot mazu AR and equipped it but had no time to mod as there was a server restart happening in less then 10 minutes. Upon relogging I discovered that not only was the vot mazu missing but also the AR I was replacing it with. It was a fully modded purple vbi tacc assault rifle. And to top it off several mods that I purchased from the synergy mod packs also disappeared. Submitted a ticket but just got a generic response to it same as all my other open tickets. I can't believe they aren't able to track your equipment and and items..... Just. Seems lazy, they must know how important these weapons are to people and the amount of time and scrip spent traveling between vendors for specials or buying lock boxes for a random chance at a good one, to have it lost through no fault of your own and being told- sorry cant get it back, can't stop it from happening again, can't figure out why it happened,can't tell you if it will every be fixed. So invest your time wisely as trion has made it clear that they consider your time expendable.
yes , the item disappeared after i was disconnected from server and logged back in , i submitted a support request ingame , i hope it can be at least fixed retroactively , getting my precious weapon back would be a big motivation for me to keep supporting the game with my money
