It's what I know...they won't refund you for anything because they are fixing the game. Unless your came out of the box scratched or defective, you won't get anything, and even if it was defective they'd just send you a new one.
Also, odds are you bought the game from a 3rd party and not directly from Trion, so they probably don't even have your money.
so if you play 2h less today and for 6 months you play what you would normally play? you played 50%? great maths, its two hours, on world of warcraft patch day you wait at least 6-8h without any kind of refunds, on rift i remember once when the servers went down for 24h more or less, nothing to compensate, and last week the 8bit-ish game tibia had a server crash that lasted from 5 to 17, 24h time, no refund. online games is provided as-is, and you shall be happy they patch the game, else it would just be a cs1.6 hackathon all over again. refund? thats the epic fail of the day, welcome to the online game world son.
