No. You are wrong. Item exchanges and refunds are up to the retailer. They are not dictated by copyright law.
Generally, retailers will not give a refund for computer software because they require the use of a license key when installed. Console games, on the other hand, do not except in special circumstances such as many of EA games requiring Origin keys for online capabilities.
Furthermore, CD's and DVD's can be returned for a full refund so long as it's within the proscribed amount of days according to the retailers return policy.

If you have the eBay game card youcan do that ...but if the game you return have some onlinee code used or missing in the box or online based, as defiance is, the return rules cant be applied......we have a damm fax on the store that clarifies that
