I hope the title caught your attention. I really really love this game. I don't understand why all the negative reviews.

oh wait. I do. because the game sucks donkey phallace. I bought a frontier saw at ego 1. at ego 300, I still use the frontier saw. and I cant modify it. There's no pvp, its basically just cloaked people running around with shotguns. there's no crafting. the main quest is a joke, the ego girl is the most annoying piece of digital concubine I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. there's no barrens chat.

thank you for wasting my time. I will never get it back. I hate you. the post will most likely be deleted, but for the lucky ones who do see it, stay far away from this game.

Maybe you should try to find a thread on how to mod weapon before complaining about them ....all you have to do is UNEQUIP THEM FROM ALL LOADOUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Coming on the forum of the game you dislike in order to "warn" the people there about that very game seems as something that wasn't thought through, given most of the people who frequent the forums do so because they have an interest in the game - even if you do not.

While I'm somewhat convinced you'll lable it as me being a "fanboy":
- The PvP is, in my opinion, actually preferable to most "MMO" games. Here, hotbar-battles and stat-padding isn't the deciding factor. Granted cloaking can be frustrating, but it can be countered either by knowing what to look for and when, or using its EGO counter in the form of Decoy.

- You can add mod-slots to weapons that do not inherently have them via the Salvage Matrix. As chicksticker noted, you have to unequip the weapon you want to modifiy from every one of your loadouts before doing so.
Also, if you've been using the same weapon you'll most likely not have increased your weapon skill, and if that's the case, your weapon is not as effective as it could have been by now. Before we get into a discussion about how, what and why that is, it's stated in the Help section under "Intel" in-game: You do not gain experience in a type of weapon if the weapon you are using is maxed, and in order for the weapon type skill to progress further, you have to use a different weapon of the same type.
Almost all weapons can be equally effective, so it boils down to your preferred play-style, there is - again, almost - no "Flavour of the Month".

- Chat, by which I suspect you mean the chat in general is lacking and too quiet, I agree with. But I'm somewhat sure they're going to do something about that, seeing as it has been one of the main gripes for a lot of people.

I dont mean to flame you, you obviously have your opinion and wanted to share it, so take the following with a grain of salt - it's not meant as an insult - but I can't help it seeing as it is there for the taking, so, let me reply by saying:
