I actually just got done beating Nim about a half hour ago on my live stream. I created a highlight of me one shotting him. Pretty easy fight IMO, but I can see how some people might have problems with him.

haven't gotten to this battle yet but i'm sure i'll breeze right through it
I wouldn't go so far as to call it easy, but I wouldn't call it really difficult either. I had to self recover once early in the fight when I was still figuring it out. Mostly the fight is about avoiding getting hit(dodging, jumping, sprinting away, using cover) and getting in your shots when you can. I didn't waste time waiting for him to do his silly poses(shot him whenever I could afford to), but when he did I made sure to empty a mag into his skull.
I wasn't even particularly well equipped to fight him. I went in with my standard pve sniper spec: a bolt action sniper(didn't use), and a Wolfhound(semi-auto high crit pistol). Had a respark shield and frag grenade. Perks were cloak + reduced damage on shield break + hp(along with ammo refill on crit kill and greater chance of items on crit kill).
Granted, I didn't die, but it took me absolute ages to kill Nim. I believe that if I wasn't properly speced for this I would have died a few times, but overall Nim didn't deal enough damage fast enough to kill me. I think that a lot of people get greedy in fights and try to put in more shots than it is safe to.
He was gawd awful easy but i had problem with phase 2 until i realized how easy he was..
1. Dodge and shoot
2. RPG from across the room
3. hide behind pillar and shoot
TBH I feel like I shouldn't have died, and had I have been ontop of my game I probably could have done it first try with no deaths. I went in arrogant and sloppy, with no knowledge of the fight, thus I got sent into self recovery(once-no actual death). Once I figured out I had to take it seriously, he didn't get me down again(though he came close once or twice).
I'd categorize the fight as somewhat challenging. It's a fight that was well within my capabilities, but I couldn't just phone it in.
