Shield glitching!?

I spend most of my time pvp'ing on the game, so when I run into a bunch of glitching ******bags, the game is ruined for me. For example, bestjust Steve ( gamertag ) in shadow wars and a few others that I can't think of are invincible. I mean they were literally invincible, gods rather. I understand that when I die, I either take them with me or leave them close enough that my team mates can finish them off. But no, no shields were harmed and they picked us out one by one, even go as far as meelee'ing just for the hell of it to mock us.

Since you said it was a gamer tag I assume it was 360 and I would recommend reporting it though XBL. For the life of me I don't get why anyone would try to hack on the 360. MS drops the banhammer like it's going out of style lol.

Iv seen this on PC as well... im sure some of them is just lag, like an after image, but some of them i'm pretty sure are using a 3rd party program in make themselves invincible. I hit a guy in the head with a Bolt Action Sniper 3 times in a row yesterday, he just looked at me confused.

This actually happened to me on the Xbox version, I was playing through an Arkfall and i have no clue what happened but my shield had instant Regen. It wasn't invincible, but any damage was instantly repaired. I have no clue what happened or how i did it, but once something hit me hard enough to damage my health directly i died and the Regen effect was gone. If people are using it to cheat at PvP then yeah, it would be a good thing to look into fixing in the next patch.
