Torn between the editions for preorder.

I am finding myself torn between what version to buy! If i get the standard edition i dont get anything fun. If i get the 100$ version I get some titles and the outfit and stuff. But then i still have to pay 40$ for the dlc. But if i buy the 150$ version im spending an extra 50$ for almost no reason! thoughts?

I wouldn't say the U.E. is $50 for no reason. $99 for C.E. plus $40 for Season Pass, plus $10 for the bag and in-game extras. I went standard so far but am seriously considering the UE if I can find one locally.

only question you have to ask yourself is, do i want the hydra launcher, or the car, or the other shinys. once answered you have your answer.

trion only deal. its the dodge challenger. you get it in game, but i think its early access to it.

There is optional car reward on Steam. Also there is rumor about Dodge Challenger which I don't understand because I don't see it mentioned anywhere in Defiance control panel on Trion's site.

People seem to forget that, like in every other mmo released with pre-order goodies, the preorder items will be replaced sooner or later anyway.

There is red cosmetic suit in Deluxe. Most likely I'll wear it for a very long time.

Exactly. I garuntee these pre order goodies are only early access to these things or just slightly tweak versions of things already available in the game. The only "exclusive" pre order goodies i'm thinking are in game titles.
