I've found quite a few interesting weapons that might sell, but what is a good price for something? I see a lot of threads where people are trying to sell things, but never an amount. Can anyone who has done any selling let me know how prices are here?

Looking at the logs from the trading post, Orange weapons sell, Purple or less do not.
Most Orange go for 45,000+
given how fast you max out a weapon, why would anyone pay that much? i mean.. i go through guns in like 4 hours of playtime.
Cause they use cheap green and blue weapons to level weapon skills but KEEP a good maxed orange weapon for PVP
Even if you find a perfect Orange weapon you still gamble at the unlock bonus will be. I had a pretty decent SAW but then the unlocked bonus when I maxed it out was something silly like +2% damage from above. Into the garbage matrix it went.

To me, the perfect Orange weapon has nothing to do with the crap bonus you get from maxing its exp out, but from the mod synergy that comes on orange and purple weapons.
My orange bolt sniper rifle with assassin synergy and the correct 4 mods and fire nano = NICE damage.
+ 6% crit mult and 15% Dmg on next shot after critical (all head shots are crit) so = ONE shot for 9k damage normally with my cloak build.
