And you're asking us why, exactly? I'd recommend asking Trion Customer Support instead. If you honestly can't think of anything you might have done recently and are sure it's a mistake, they can help you resolve it.

This happened to me last night, as well. I also have a clean system. I'm waiting in cue to chat with their support representative, right now.

A lot of people are getting this. I also got ban for no reason.

I do not use sweetFX.
I do not use radeon pro
I do not use any type of cheating/hack software.

I do have a G700 mouse. I do not do any rapid fire on it.
I do have fraps.
I do have TS3.
My nvidia control panel is set to max quality settings, and force vsync off.

Still got ban.

I would love to see a Dev respond to this. But all they ever do is remove all these type of threads.

I just got the blow-off from their customer support chat. This is really upsetting. My opinion of Trion has suffered greatly this morning.

Does anybody know how they establish that someone has been hacking? Do they just suspend the account of anyone who has been accused?
