If trion is detecting 3rd party programs that do not directly modify game data such as a graphic overlay or screen capture. you should file a cease and desist order since scanning your system for running programs is highly illegal and a clear breach of privacy laws. additionally programable mice and keyboards operate at the driver level and only forward input to the program they are also protected by this. while there is a TOS they are generally rendered nul when it comes to issues like this

Contract law states that; Once a contract is entered into by all named/listed parties and is formally closed with consent from all named/listed parties, the terms and conditions of that contract are, by law, legally binding.

I use EVGA Precision and Realtemp to monitor temperatures, control GPU fans, monitor GPU usage, how much video memory is being used and such, hope these don't set off anything.

Since posting my own thread on this resulted in a temporary ban from the forums and my thread being deleted, I'll post in this thread instead.
I am also experiencing this. It seems another round of erroneous bans have been served by Trion. I received mine just before 10pm last night. I've tried sending an e-mail to appeals, live chat with two different GMs, and calling Trion Worlds Inc directly and leaving my contact information with the receptionist. No response currently.
Still hopeful that I'll be able to spend some time in-game playing this weekend. This does raise some concern that Trion is regularly issuing erroneous bans. Something is obviously wrong with their procedures currently in place around these temporary bans.... It would be nice to know they are looking into the cause of these bans to people with clean systems. I've never been banned before from a game, so this really bites.
I even put in alot of extra time at work this last week to take a three day weekend to play Defiance with my clan mates and wife, but so much for that I suppose.
just a heads up guys, posting here about being banned is (oddly) against the forum rules. in fact, complaining, making demands, or even derogatory remarks about trion or the game are against the rules. they want to hear from you, as long as you don't have a complaint lol
