will every single preorder (all editions and platforms) receive the Outlander character outfit, "Iron Demon" in-game title, and 3-day XP boost? i dont see these items listed on the gamestop website or store. it is listed for amazon.

I think its a bit ****ty that I pay 69 Euro for the deluxe edition and everyone else is getting the dodge challenger as well, even if they payed 20euro less than me...is there anyway to throw something else in for deluxe edition buyers? Cause we pay more...another skin or helmet?
and my other question is: the rare vbi guardian shield (deluxe edition), is that a energy shield that protects me from incoming damage or a real shield like those bandits use where i can take cover behind and maybe shoot with a pistol from it?Does those kind of shields even exist? Cause it would be awesome to be a massive tank shield kinda guy.
